🔍 REAL Participates in TAIWAN AI RAP Pilot Program to Accelerate AI Integration in Smart Lock Solutions
As part of our ongoing digital transformation efforts, REAL LOCKS is proud to be participating in the TAIWAN AI RAP pilot program, an initiative led by the National Center for High-Performance Computing (NCHC).
On-site filming for the program's case recently took place at REAL's Taichung factory, in collaboration with Winho Tech and the RAP media team. The shoot highlights our proactive approach to testing emerging technologies and integrating AI into our lock solution services.
🚀 Exploring AI in Lock Manufacturing

Speed up product inquiry responses
Improve the accuracy of lock model recommendations
Provide 24/7 automated support for international B2B clients, always-on customer service
The system is currently in a trial phase, allowing us to observe its effectiveness in enhancing both user experience and operational efficiency.

Padlocks, cam locks, and cabinet locks
NFC-enabled smart locks
Customized industrial security hardware for OEM/ODM clients
We believe that combining AI-driven tools with our precision manufacturing and ISO-certified quality control can help us better serve the growing demands of the global security hardware market.
