If your key is suddenly not functioning, please follow these lock troubleshooting steps:

  1. Ensure full key insertion: Confirm that the key is fully inserted into the lock cylinder. If the key isn’t fully inserted, it might not turn properly.

  2. Check the key direction:
    • For right-handed locks, use a right-opening key
    • For left-handed locks, use a left-opening key

If the key still doesn't work after these steps, we recommend recording a short video of your operation attempt and sending it to our technical support team. We’ll quickly assist in identifying the issue and providing a suitable solution.
