🛠️ For custom lock development (OEM/ODM lock solutions):
• Design drawings (formats accepted: PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, Solid Edge, SOLIDWORKS)
• Preferred materials (e.g., zinc alloy, brass, stainless steel)
• Product dimensions and estimated weight
• Required quantity or required quantity per batch

🗂️ No design files? No problem — you can send us a physical lock sample. Our team will examine the sample’s structure and materials to provide a tailored quotation.

Yes, we are happy to provide lock samples for testing and evaluation. Whether you're interested in padlocks, cabinet locks, or keyless security solutions, we can prepare representative models based on your needs. Kindly note that sample and international shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Our standard payment term for lock orders—including padlocks, cam locks, and electronic locks is full payment before shipment. Flexible payment terms may be available for bulk orders, OEM/ODM security products, or long-term partnerships, subject to contract agreement.

Our standard lock products feature a low minimum order quantity (MOQ), making them ideal for bulk purchases or wholesale orders.

For custom locks or OEM/ODM projects, the required MOQ may vary depending on product specifications and design complexity.

For all international shipments of our security lock products, we can provide the following shipping and export documentation upon request:
