For most of our products, the production time is usually 20–30 days, depending on the order quantity and customization.
For Keyless products, the lead time is as follows:
500 sets: around 16 days
200 sets: around 11 days
100 sets: around 7 days
20 sets: around 3 days
★Please note that the final delivery time will vary based on the shipping method you choose — such as air freight, express, or sea shipping.
If you have a target shipping date, feel free to let us know and we will arrange the most suitable schedule for your order.
To request duplicate keys, please first provide the company name used at the time of purchase.
We will use this information to search for your previous order in our system.
If no record is found, we will ask you to provide any purchase-related documents, such as:
Proforma Invoice
Commercial Invoice
Purchase Order
If the product was not purchased directly from REAL Locks & Security, we recommend the following options:
Contact the original seller or distributor from whom you purchased the lock.
Or provide several clear photos of the key from different angles, so we can help identify the key code.
Once the verification is completed, we will assist you with your duplicate key request.
To help us provide an accurate and timely quotation for your lock-related request, please include the following information:

• Model number
• Order quantity
• Target unit price (if available)
• Required lead time or expected delivery date
• Destination or sales region (to calculate shipping and compliance requirements)
🛠️ For custom lock development (OEM/ODM lock solutions):
• Design drawings (formats accepted: PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, Solid Edge, SOLIDWORKS)
• Preferred materials (e.g., zinc alloy, brass, stainless steel)
• Product dimensions and estimated weight
• Required quantity or required quantity per batch
🗂️ No design files? No problem — you can send us a physical lock sample. Our team will examine the sample’s structure and materials to provide a tailored quotation.

Yes, we are happy to provide lock samples for testing and evaluation. Whether you're interested in padlocks, cabinet locks, or keyless security solutions, we can prepare representative models based on your needs. Kindly note that sample and international shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Our standard payment term for lock orders—including padlocks, cam locks, and electronic locks is full payment before shipment. Flexible payment terms may be available for bulk orders, OEM/ODM security products, or long-term partnerships, subject to contract agreement.
Our standard lock products feature a low minimum order quantity (MOQ), making them ideal for bulk purchases or wholesale orders.
For custom locks or OEM/ODM projects, the required MOQ may vary depending on product specifications and design complexity.

For all international shipments of our security lock products, we can provide the following shipping and export documentation upon request:
- Commercial Invoice for customs clearance of lock hardware
- Detailed Packing List for locksets, cylinders, and accessories
- Certificate of Origin and Customs Declaration Forms (depending on the destination country)
- Any other required export documents based on your country’s import regulations for security products
